These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions” or “T&C”) regulate the process of acquiring tickets and reservations for Teatro Pereira’s shows through the Teatro Pereira website. They also cover the requirements for attending the shows, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties involved (the Buyer/User on one side, and the Seller/Teatro Pereira on the other).
By purchasing the ticket(s), you accept these T&C, which constitute a contract between the parties.
We recommend that the User carefully read this document before proceeding with the purchase.

PRICES AND PURCHASE PROCESS
The ticket prices and, where applicable, additional services, are displayed on the website with VAT itemized.
To purchase a ticket, along with any available add-ons such as dinner or drinks, you need to access the website and select the show you wish to attend. If desired, you can also choose any additional services. The entire process for purchasing or reserving a table or other products is straightforward and intuitive on the website.
If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to contact us using the provided contact details at the beginning of this document.
Once your purchase is complete and you receive the confirmation email, your tickets will be available for printing or direct use via the QR code on your device. We recommend verifying your tickets upon receipt.
The collection of documents generated during the purchase process, along with these Conditions, constitutes “the contract.” Additionally, we recommend that you print and/or save a durable copy of these Conditions, as well as the receipt confirmation sent by Teatro Pereira via email.
Please note that, in addition to our website, you can also purchase tickets for our shows at physical locations such as the theater box office and through our distributors, as well as on other websites affiliated with us.
REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
In order to purchase tickets and make reservations, you need to register on our website by creating a user account. To do so, you’ll need to provide your details by filling out the corresponding form, with the obligation to provide true, accurate, and complete information about your identity.
If you make any errors while entering your data, you can correct them by sending us an email to the address indicated at the beginning of this document.
If a user provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or if Teatro Pereira has reasonable grounds to doubt the veracity, accuracy, or integrity of this data, access and use of the website may be denied, and the user account may not be created or may be deleted.
The account will grant access to a private area where the user can manage operations related to Teatro Pereira, review and modify personal information associated with the account, and view all transactions the user has conducted with Teatro Pereira linked to that account.
The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their access credentials (username and password) and for choosing a secure password while maintaining its confidentiality. The identifying data and user account will always be linked to a valid email address, so the user must promptly report any issues with the email account used to create their user account.
Transferring the user account or the benefits associated with ticket purchases to third parties is strictly prohibited.
PAYMENT METHODS
As you will see on our website when making payment for tickets, we accept the following forms of payment:
Credit or Debit Card: You can make immediate payment through our bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. If any refunds are necessary, they will be processed to the same payment card.
PURCHASE FORMALIZATION
From the moment the User places an order to purchase a ticket or product offered on the website, they will be considered a buyer and will be bound as such to the seller. The purchase made through our website by the User and received by Teatro Pereira is a legally binding contract.
The User must accurately and completely fill in the required data and commit not to enter third-party information. The receipt of the purchase order will be confirmed by Teatro Pereira via email or other means without delay, and from that moment, the sale will be perfected, and both parties will be obligated to comply with these T&C.
TICKETS
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. The tickets will be available in the confirmation email as well as on the final screen of the checkout process.
Once you have your tickets, please verify that there are no errors. If any errors are found, such as incorrect data entry, please contact us promptly using the contact details provided at the beginning of this document.
Please note that we assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of tickets. You are responsible for their proper safekeeping.
In the event of theft or loss of tickets, you can contact us through the channels indicated at the beginning of this document. However, as previously mentioned, the User alone is responsible for any loss or theft of their tickets.
Photos and other copies of the original physical or digital tickets will not be valid for entry to the event.
Any ticket purchased constitutes a revocable right of access and enjoyment of the show. Admission may be denied at any time for justifiable reasons. If this occurs, the ticket price will be refunded for any ticket that is withdrawn or denied access (including corresponding handling fees per ticket).
Changes, returns, or cancellations:
As a general policy, Teatro Pereira will refund the ticket amount in the event of a suspension before the start of the performance or a substantial modification. A change in the cast of artists (excluding shows personalized around specific artists, such as concerts) will not be considered a substantial modification.
However, unless otherwise indicated for a specific show, if the date of the performance is changed or it is suspended, you will be offered tickets (subject to availability) with a value corresponding to your original tickets for the same or a similar show on a later date. If you are unable to attend the show on the new date, a refund of the ticket price will be offered.
SHOW
It is expected that attendees behave respectfully. Teatro Pereira, in order to ensure the proper development of the show, enjoyment for the general public, and safety, reserves the right to deny admission to individuals who exhibit certain conditions, such as being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics, or displaying a violent attitude or disturbing other users, thereby affecting the normal course of the activity, among other factors.
Additionally, Teatro Pereira reserves the right to admission to prevent access or continued presence inside the venue by individuals who behave violently, cause discomfort to the audience or other users, or disrupt the normal progression of the show or activity.
Furthermore, it is informed that attending the show with suitcases, bags, backpacks, packages, or briefcases is not allowed, nor is beachwear or careless attire. Our motto is: “Dress as you like, but tastefully—Teatro Pereyra is the temple of live music in Ibiza, so don’t stand out!” In any case, the theater provides a cloakroom.
In all instances, to attend shows held at Teatro Pereira, you must be of legal age (except for performances intended for children and adolescents). Therefore, tickets for such shows can only be purchased if you are of legal age. The legal age may vary depending on each country’s legislation but will never be less than 18 years old. To verify this, we may request your identification at the theater entrance.
PROHIBITIONS
Any resale or transfer (or attempt of resale or transfer) of a ticket in breach of the applicable law or any prohibition imposed by Teatro Pereira shall result in the confiscation or cancellation of said ticket, without entitlement to a refund or any other compensation.
The use of photographic cameras and filming or recording devices during the performance is strictly prohibited. The use of these devices during performances may lead to immediate expulsion from the venue, without prejudice to any administrative or criminal liabilities arising from the unauthorized use of images or sound recordings. However, the use of such devices will be allowed during the time of final applause.
Additionally, mobile phones and other devices must be silenced before entering the auditorium, and their use during performances or shows will not be permitted.
INFORMATION ON IMAGE CAPTURE AND PUBLICATION
We would like to inform you that during public performances, we may take photographs and video recordings to publish them on websites and social media platforms owned by Teatro Pereyra. This is done with full respect for the Personal Data Protection Law and Organic Law 1/1982, which protects the civil right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image. Specifically, Article 8.2.c states that the right to one’s own image does not prevent the publication of incidental visual information about a person during a public event. The images captured will always be wide shots of the venue and the performance, and they may incidentally include audience members. These images are not shared with third parties and will not be commercially exploited beyond promoting Teatro Pereyra. Additionally, please note that certain shows, due to their nature, require direct interaction with the audience through live recordings projected on the theater screens; these images will not be published or used thereafter.
COMPLAINTS
If the User believes that their rights have been violated, they can contact us using the contact details provided at the beginning of this document to resolve the issue. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the current Spanish legislation applicable to them, particularly the following laws:
- Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions.
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
- Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of these Terms and Conditions, for cases where the user/buyer is considered a business owner or professional, both parties expressly waive any jurisdiction that may apply to them and submit expressly to the Courts and Tribunals of Ibiza (Spain). For cases where the user is an individual consumer, the competent courts will be those established by the applicable regulations.
Any information and documentation that may be available in other language versions on the website will be provided solely for informational purposes. In the event of discrepancies between the content of such versions and the original Spanish version, the latter shall prevail.
