The First Amphitheatre is the historic boxes area of Teatro Pereyra. From here, the WHO show is experienced in a different way, with the entire stage in front of you, the hall below, and the theatre's architecture forming part of the experience.

Full access to the WHO show without the dining experience. The same magic, from another angle. With a drink in hand.

Minimum spend: €100 per person. Admission from 9:30 PM. Very limited seats; the amphitheatre cannot accommodate more.

Japanese cut of seasonal wild fish — tataki or suzukuri depending on the best product of the day. Red prawn carpaccio with yellow chili butter worked in the wok and juice from their heads. Fried soft-shell crab with castizo sauce of crayfish concentrate. For the main, Chilean Wagyu rib stewed 48 hours with celeriac purée smoked with vine shoots, or flame-seared tuna morrillo.

Tataki with mango aguachile gazpacho. Fried soft-shell crab with castizo sauce. For the main, Wagyu rib stewed 48 hours with black truffle, or flame-seared tuna morrillo with black truffle.

Welcome Perrier-Jouët champagne. Oyster with WHO dressing. Grilled Norway lobster — butter and caviar on the head, tartare on the body. Red prawn carpaccio with caviar. Rockfish sashimi with champagne butter and caviar. Tori no Karaage with crème fraîche and caviar. Old beef steak tartare bao. Panipuri with anchovy and condensed milk. Clam with oloroso and caviar. Truffle xiaolongbao. For the main, Wagyu or tuna with black truffle and gold dust.
